Third Wave Housing is based in Winston Salem, North Carolina.  Third Wave Housing and its umbrellas of sister companies were formed and are operated to enable the acquisition, ownership, construction, renovation and preservation of tax credit and historic properties by forming public, private and corporate partnerships of professionals to benefit our tenants whose apartments are their homes.
